Prairie Oat Growers Association welcomes new co-president

The Prairie Oat Growers Association (POGA) has a new co-president.Elwood White of Pangman, Sask., has been named to the role. He will be serving alongside current co-president Ambrely Ralph of Arborfield. This marks the first time in POGA’s history that both co-presidents hail from Saskatchewan.
