Canadian farmland values rose 3.8 per cent in first half of 2026

Canadian cultivated farmland values rose by an average of 3.8 per cent in the first half of 2026, according to the mid-year farmland values review by Farm Credit Canada (FCC).This marks a slower pace compared with the first half of 2025, which saw a 6.0 per cent increase.
