Alberta Yield Estimates Tick Mainly Higher; Harvest Advances Well

Alberta major crop yield estimates are mostly improved from two weeks ago, with the harvest advancing past the three-quarter pole. The latest weekly crop report on Friday pegged the average 2025 canola yield in the province at 42.1 bu/acre, up 0.8 bu from two weeks ago, while barley and oats were raised 2.6 and 0.9 bu, respectively, to 72.6 and 76.2 bu/acre.
