DIY Thermostat Cover

I’ve been wanting to make a DIY thermostat cover for the thermostat on this wall for a few years now. When I finally did my stairwell makeover, I decided it was time! I’ve seen people do these a bunch of different ways but I thought this was the easiest way to do it while still allowing air to flow through and have easy access to the thermostat.
