Russia’s digital ruble has been available nationwide for just ten days, and already 87,000 people have opened accounts. More than 50,000 transactions have also been recorded, according to Elvira Nabiullina, governor of the Bank of Russia.That works out to roughly 8,700 new accounts a day.
