Former #4 Ranked Recruit Nathan Szobota Retires From Competitive Swimming

The #4 ranked ranked recruit coming out of his junior year in high school Nathan Szobota has retired from competitive swimming, Virginia confirmed on Friday. Szobota just began his sophomore year at Virginia and competed for the Cavaliers last season.
Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Szobota committed to Notre Dame as a junior in high school before flipping his commitment as a senior with plans to stay in-state and swim for Virginia. Szobota was the #4 ranked recru
