Hampshire police sets aside £250k for return of Saints v Portsmouth rivalry

HAMPSHIRE and Isle of Wight Constabulary are hopeful the entirety of the £250,000 budget they have set aside to police Southampton's fixtures against Portsmouth next season "won't be needed".
