Amari Williams drafted with 46th pick in second round

Amari Williams is heading to the NBA after being selected with the 46th pick in the second round of the 2025 NBA Draft in the early hours of Friday morning.
The Orlando Magic picked Williams, Kentucky’s starting centre last season, but he ends up at the Boston Celtics as part of a trade deal.
He becomes just the sixth homegrown Brit to be drafted the last 25 years, joining Rob Archibald (2002) Luol Deng (2004), Joel Freeland (2006), Ryan Richards (2010) and Jeremy Sochan (2022).
