Streeting says ‘Hillsborough Law’ taking longer than hoped as anniversary nears

A law named for Hillsborough victims and aimed at preventing cover-ups is taking longer than hoped, the Health Secretary has said, as campaigners said the legislation must be “all or nothing”.
