Newton man charged with robbery as £30k seized in crackdown on bikes and e-scooters

St Helens officers have arrested five people and seized drugs and more than £30,000 in cash during a day of action under Operation Gears – a campaign targeting the illegal use of electric bikes, e-scooters, and off-road motorcycles linked to serious crime and antisocial behaviour across the region.
