Scottish Tories blame SNP and Labour for £2bn Scottish ‘welfare black hole’ by 2030

The Scottish Conservatives have claimed Scotland’s “welfare black hole” will rise to more than £2 billion by 2030, blaming SNP spending and Labour cuts. The Scottish Government insists the investment is vital to tackle poverty.
