Chinatown is not dying, it's just changing

Manchester's Chinatown has reinvented itself time and again over the past half-century. But as traditional Cantonese restaurants grapple with soaring costs, staff shortages and a generation unwilling to follow in their parents' footsteps, some fear the neighbourhood's culinary heritage is facing its biggest challenge yet.
