Eight flats approved on Uxbridge Road in Pinner despite road safety concerns

Plans to demolish a large detached home on Uxbridge Road in Pinner and replace it with eight flats have been approved by Harrow Council.
The development at 550 Uxbridge Road will see the existing two-storey house replaced with a three-storey apartment building. Outline planning permission was formally granted on 17 September, more than two years after the application was first submitted.
The scheme includes six two-bedroom flats and two one-bedroom flats, along with private terraces or balconies
