Erith and Thamesmead residents 'sick of streets being plagued by discarded rubbish'

Labour MP Abena Oppong-Asare has welcomed new government plans to tackle fly-tipping, including crushing vehicles, using drones for surveillance, and imposing tougher penalties on waste criminals.
