Chocolate thief told 'It was an expensive piece of chocolate' by magistrate

Gary Brailey, 46, of Meriden, admitted stealing chocolates from One Stop in Marston Green and was ordered to pay a £40 fine, a £16 surcharge and £85 in prosecution costs – £141 in total.
