Fatal, Ouzlewell Green, Lofthouse

Friday 2 January 2026Police are appealing for witnesses after a fatal collision involving one vehicle in Lofthouse.Officers were called at 2.16am yesterday (January 1) to reports that a black Vauxhall Astra had overturned on Ouzlewell Green near to the junction of Cemetery Lane.  On arrival a 31 year old man was pronounced dead at the scene. His family are being supported by specially trained officers.  Officers from the Major Collision Enquiry Team are investigating and are appealing
