Teenager arrested after man injured on railway path

An investigation is continuing following an incident on the Bristol to Bath Railway Path yesterday evening (Tuesday 11 August). We were called to a section of the path, near Bitton, shortly after 8pm. One man was found to have been wounded and was taken to hospital by paramedics. He remains in hospital and in a stable condition. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
