Second man charged in connection with serious Avonmouth assault 

A teenager has been re-arrested and charged in connection with a serious assault in Avonmouth that happened in July. The charge relates to an incident in Richmond Terrace on the evening of Friday 31 July, in which ship workers who had docked at Avonmouth sustained injuries.
