Tottenham charges ahead with electric street cleaning

Tottenham’s high streets are getting a high-tech, green upgrade as Haringey Council rolls out new electric street cleaning equipment to support cleaner and more sustainable public spaces.In partnership with Veolia, the council is introducing an electric caged tipper vehicle and three electric sweeper barrows across Tottenham.
This follows the success of a similar rollout in Wood Green over the last year, where the new kit delivered improved street cleanliness and efficiency.The move comes
