Primark rolls out in-store repair service pilot

Primark has partnered with care and repair firm The Seam to offer a same-day clothes repair and alterations service in its Manchester Market Street store.
Shoppers can use the service by booking an appointment online via Eventbrite, although the retailer noted that walk-ins were welcome, subject to availability.
At their appointment, customers will meet The Seam maker, discuss their garment, and leave it for 20 to 30 minutes, or return later in the day. The item will then be repaired and ready t
