SNP ministers show no initiative on Sheriffhall - Miles Briggs MSP

Other Regional Press - After less than two months in parliament, it seems we are back to the same old routine of empty promises and disappointment from the SNP.I was told by the Transport Secretary Fiona Hyslop before the election that the government was frustrated by the lack of progress on Sheriffhall.
