Oxfordshire to pilot low-carbon approach to road resurfacing

Highways News - A scheme to resurface a stretch of the B4445 in Chinnor, Oxfordshire will pilot a unique package of low-carbon materials expected to save over 30 tonnes of CO2 while improving the road?s performance.
