EditorialIt’s good to see that there will be a 90 minute debate on public libraries at Westminster Hall this week. While it will likely be nothing more than a few politicians expressing platitudes, it does at least mean MPs will need to think about the sector for a bit. So, well done to CILIP for working with Jonathan Davis MP (Labour, Mid Derbyshire) and let’s hope they’re right to think this may help pull public library investment back into the spotlight.
