British troops in Ukraine a step closer as military chiefs set to meet in Kyiv

Plans to create a European 'Coalition of the Willing' to underwrite any peace deal in Ukraine have evolved beyond political rhetoric and have now entered the military planning stage, with the UK's Chief of Defence Staff Admiral Sir Tony Radakin in Kyiv this weekend.
