Damp and Mould Planner

Contract Type: Temporary (6 months, with potential for extension)
Location: Office-based Hours: 42.5 hours per week Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour (PAYE)
Role Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Damp, Mould & Repairs Planner to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is critical in ensuring the effective coordination and scheduling of maintenance and repair works, with a particular focus on damp and mould cases within social housing properties.
