Wiltshire-headquartered M&E contractor acquired in MBO

Mechanical and electrical engineering firm, Roberts & Prowse (Swindon) Limited, has been acquired as part of a successful management buyout (MBO).
The company, which provides M&E services across the commercial, industrial, and public sectors, was founded more than 50 years ago and has offices in Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire and Wales. It has been acquired by Andy Uzzell who has been part of the firm’s leadership team since 2018, most recently as Operations Director.
