Morgan Sindall Property Services secures hard FM deal with Thames Valley Police

Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) has been awarded a three-year hard facilities management contract, valued at £4.5 million, with Thames Valley Police (TVP).
Under this new contract, which strengthens a partnership spanning over a decade, the MSPS team will provide planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responsive repairs to over 350 buildings for TVP, which consist of operational buildings, training centres and administration buildings.
