FM professionals weigh the price of digital transformation

MRI Software’s 2025 Voice of the Facilities Manager report reveals that facilities management professionals are ready to take the next step in digital transformation, with more than two-thirds (68 per cent) expecting to invest in new technology within the next 12-18 months, and 42 per cent of respondents reporting increased budgets to support these initiatives. However, cost remains a significant challenge, with nearly half (46 per cent) citing high expenses as a barrier to adoption.
