Ulverston boy gifted restored TV famous bike and message from Helen Skelton

A four-year-old boy from Ulverston received a surprise new ‘TV famous’ bicycle from a local charity, the Ulverston Bike Project, last week – the handover included a surprise message from Helen Skelton.
