Hong Kong fire – pointer to coming unrest

Hong Kong is in shock after a huge fire engulfing a high-rise public housing complex killed at least 55 people with nearly 300 missing. Natural and man-made catastrophes happen all the time but they can on occasion (always?) be the forerunner to approaching times of radical change for the country involved.
