Andy Burnham stepped up to be PM at circa 12.10 pm today. That gives a flag-waving, confident, enthusiastic, caring Sun Jupiter in the 10th. Sun Jupiter oppose Pluto  which is tied into the mini Grand Trine of Uranus and Neptune – perhaps hinting at recklessness, brashness, a tendency to cut across niceties or ignore regulations.
