How Greenwich ranks in 'best places to live' - with house prices dragging it down

The Royal Borough of Greenwich has performed strongly for heritage, schools and transport in a national ranking of the best places to live – but its score was dragged down by poor wellbeing outcomes and limited value for money in the housing market.
