Bexley fitness enthusiast undergoing chemo set to run marathon with lifeguard friend

Forest Hill Pools lifeguard Martyn Allchurch will run the London Marathon alongside his friend Kay Kapsalis, who is undergoing chemotherapy, to raise funds for Backcare charity.
