Turkey’s Crisis Cools Inflation

Turkey’s recent financial turmoil may be having an unexpected effect: helping to slow inflation. Annual consumer-price growth fell to 29.7% in September, down from 31.5% in August and marking the fourth consecutive monthly decline.
