Tuesday Lots of cloud around through Tuesday as a brisk easterly wind develops through much of England, Wales and Ireland. Some patchy rain affecting southern Ireland too. Mist may shroud eastern facing hills and coasts, and there is a risk of some drizzle over hill tops too. Staying fairly cloudy through the day although more western areas may see a few bright or sunny spells develop. Ireland could become brighter too, away from the east coast. A few outbreaks of rain for Orkney and Shetland.
