Swindon school evacuated over ‘bomb threat’ and police tell parents to stay away

The school has been evacuated (Picture: Google Maps)A school has been evacuated by police after receiving a ‘bomb threat’.Lydiard Park Academy in Swindon was evacuated at about 9am and Wiltshire Police have told parents to stay away from the school.The area was cordoned off and police are combing the school grounds to look for a ‘suspicious package’.A letter sent to parents and seen by the Swindon Advertiser said: ‘I am writing to inform you of an incident that occ
