SNP admits it has ditched target to cut car use, as it claims plans were 'unrealistic'

Transport Secretary Fiona Hyslop admitted the Nationalist-led Scottish Government was dropping its aim of reducing car use in Scotland by 20 per cent by the end of the decade.
