NHS executive who raped or abused  girls he groomed on Snapchat is jailed for over 28 years

Paul Lipscombe, from Rothley, Leicestershire, was jailed at Leicester Crown Court for 34 offences against six girls - aged between 12 and 15- who were targeted via the social media app.
