Health and safety rules stop army from flying drones over soldiers' heads in training - even if they are sitting in a tank at the time

Soldiers training on Salisbury Plain have reportedly been told to stop flying drones over colleagues' heads due to safety concerns. The base was visited by Prince William last year.
