Fugitive fraudster hands himself into police three days after he was freed from HMP Wandsworth by mistake as hunt continues for Algerian migrant sex offender

Fraudster William 'Billy' Smith, 35, was wrongly set free from the south London jail earlier this week but reportedly handed himself in after a three-day manhunt.
