Dashcam shows tragedy that unfolded after police cruiser encountered skateboarder, 30, rolling down center median

The Los Angeles Police Department released footage that showed a man getting hit by a police car while he was riding a skateboard. Gerardo 'Jerry' Estrada, the victim, died at the scene.
