Agony for families who will never know if their child was victim to male worker who sexually abused little girls at £2,000-a-month Bright Horizons nursery after police contact 700 parents 

Vincent Chan, a 45-year-old British national from north London, admitted abusing children at a Bright Horizons nursery in West Hampstead during his seven-year sting there. It has since closed.
