Scottish actor Brian McCardie has died (Picture: BBC)Line of Duty star Brian McCardie has died aged 59.The TV star played mafia boss John Thomas ‘Tommy’ Hunter in the series.As well as the thrilling BBC crime drama, the Scottish actor appeared in an episode of Outlander as Sir Marcus MacRannoch.Recently, he joined the cast of the Outlander prequel, Blood of My Blood.His sister, Sarah, took to social media, to announce the sad news of his death, writing in a statement: &lsqu
