One in six adults say they are addicted to ultra-processed foods as experts warn millions of Brits are putting themselves at risk of severe health problems

These ultra-processed items - which normally don't contain ingredients found in a home kitchen - often lack nutrients while typically high in added sugar, fat, additives and other chemicals.
