Overwatch Is Reworking Two Of Its Most Criticized Characters

After years of complaints, Overwatch is finally reworking two of its veteran heroes. Announced during BlizzCon 2026's opening ceremony, both Roadhog and Sombra will be receiving major reworks, with Sombra pivoting to being a support hero and Roadhog undergoing changes to make him more of a team player.

Overwatch director Aaron Keller has yet to share the specifics on how the pair will reworked, but mentioned players will be far less annoyed by Roadhog'
