Stocks down again erasing some of Wednesday’s historic gains amid tariff turmoil

Stocks closed down again after the White House clarified that it will increase the tariff on imports from China to 145%. Meanwhile, the president said they are working on deals to get other countries to lower their trade barriers on U.S. companies. NBC News’ Christine Romans reports.
