Source: FBI seeks to interview Democratic lawmakers over video

The FBI is seeking to interview six Democratic lawmakers who posted a video telling troops to disobey illegal orders, according to a person familiar with the plans. The White House said President Trump has not issued illegal orders. NBC News’ Kelly O’Donnell reports.
