SCOTUS rules Trump admin. must ‘facilitate’ — but not 'effectuate' — return of wrongfully deported man

The Supreme Court has ordered the Trump administration to facilitate the return of Maryland father Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia back to the United States after mistakenly deporting him to a mega-prison in El Salvador. By a 9-0 ruling, the Court upheld an April 4th order from U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis.
