Reps to probe scholarship stipend delays
The House of Representatives has inaugurated an investigation into alleged breaches of terms of engagement and non-payment of scholarship stipends to Nigerian students, both domestically and abroad.Declaring the hearing open on Wednesday, Speaker Rep.
