No licence, no seatbelts: Teen’s joyride ends in tragedy on Kolkata flyover

The accident occurred around 10:10 pm when their car crashed into a parapet wall. Police attribute the crash to overspeeding and the driver's inexperience, as 18-year-old Rohit Agarwal, lacked a license.
